The brekkie spread was lekker-proper local flavour! Loved lounging at the pool dodging flippin' kids, felt almost like a peaceful retreat, ya know? Found a cozy spot by the bar for some sundowners and just soaked it all in!

The WiFi was a bit wonky, had to vasbyt sometimes.

The stargazing platform offered amazing views, while the yoga classes could improve.

A few minor maintenance issues, like an air conditioning hiccup or a leaky faucet, popped up but didn't ruin the overall vibe. Lastly, don't expect much from the pool chairs. They're not exactly designed for comfort, and finding parking can be tricky during busy times.

Loved the spacious Family Room with a balcony and a beautiful view. The spa had amazing services like massages and body wraps. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruits and traditional dishes. The rooftop infinity pool was perfect.

Spent New Year's Eve at a hotel with great views and fantastic food choices. Two new year's shows were provided, which were impressive and enjoyable. The hotel was situated in an area with easy access to nearby cities, and the staff was polite and helpful. The hotel also had a lovely spa with many amenities to relax and recharge with.

The hotel cleaning team was below average, as the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the towels were not changed regularly. Some staff members had poor language skills, which made communication difficult.

The area around the hotel is peaceful and quiet. You can enjoy a serene view of the lake and the landscape. the hotel swimming pool is a great place to relax and have fun. the food variety is wide and tasty, although some desserts lack flavor.

Staying at this hotel is a luxurious experience. the swimming pool is magnificent; providing enough space for everyone. the Spa centre is an oasis of relaxation and calmness. the experienced staff is excellent: always kind, accommodating, and quick to fix any problem. the restaurant offers a wide range of high, quality dishes that are sure to satisfy even the most sophisticated tastes. the private facilities are exclusive and designed to fulfill even the most refined needs like the relaxing Sauna, and the well, equipped gym. Adding to the top, notch amenities that this hotel offers is a beautiful garden area. Cons: the only minor issue that I encountered was the minor language barrier with the staff in some cases. Although they did everything they could to help me.
